Hi there, I'm Kelly!

I'm a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) and I help people who want to feel confident around food and their bodies, but never quite feel like they are good enough.  I am a guide for those who want to nurture their mind and body relationship and become empowered to live their best lives in eating disorder recovery.

I know from many fulfilling years as an eating disorder clinician that diets and "portion control" are not beneficial in the long term and can cause further obsession and frustration around food and body image.  You deserve to have unconditional permission to eat the food you want without guilt!

I do not encourage weight loss diets: no matter your size.  My focus is on your individual nutrition therapy needs, not your appearance.  I practice from a weight-inclusive approach that is aligned with the Health at Every Size (HAES) principles.

I believe that self-compassion, mindfulness, and body acceptance can change the world.  If you're tired of being obsessed with food and your body, then schedule your initial nutrition session with me today!

Education and Credentials

I have a Master of Clinical Dietetics degree from Oregon Health & Science University where I also completed my Dietetic Internship in 2010.  I am certified as a dietitian to practice in the state of Washington.

Currently I am a member of the Association for Size Diversity and Health (ASDAH), International Federation of Eating Disorder Dietitians (IFEDD), and the International Association for Eating Disorders Professionals (IAEDP).

Commitment to Social Justice

I strive to provide a welcoming and inclusive practice that is open to clients of all physical abilities, races, sizes, gender identities, sexual orientations, religions and ethnic groups.
